If you are not satisfied with the items in your order, please send them back to us within 30 days of receipt in their original condition for a full refund. You are responsible for return shipping fees unless there was an error in shipping.
Wholesale or merchandise sold 'as-is' may not be returned or exchanged.
If the product is returned and it is not in its original condition (including all packaging), we will deduct a 15% restocking fee from the refund.
We cannot exchange any product if it has been opened.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping fee on any return. We completely understand if you didn't like the item or you accidentally ordered the wrong item, but we can't eat the cost of shipping. It just wouldn't taste good.
Also, if you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct our actual postage cost from the refund amount. While we spend a good deal of money on labor and packaging, we're only going to deduct the actual postage amount.
